If you sign up to our email mailing list, we will collect information from you in order to send out details about our events, to contact you if we need to obtain or provide any additional information, or to check our records are correct. If you contact us via email, letter, phone or social media, we will use whatever personal information you have provided in order to reply to you. By giving us your information in the circumstances described, you are giving us permission to process your information for the purposes identified.


If you interact with Greenfinch via Facebook, Instagram or through any other social media platform, you will also have to read and adhere to those platforms’ own Privacy Policies and other terms and conditions.
