This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use the personal information that you provide to us through our website, when you come into the shop or attend a Greenfinch event, contact the team by telephone or email, or when you interact with us over social media platforms. From time to time we may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will publish the changes here.

Personal information is any information that can be used to identify you – we collect names, titles, phone numbers, addresses and email addresses.
If you sign up to our email mailing list, we will collect information from you in order to send out details about our events, to contact you if we need to obtain or provide any additional information, or to check our records are correct. If you contact us via email, letter, phone or social media, we will use whatever personal information you have provided in order to reply to you. By giving us your information in the circumstances described, you are giving us permission to process your information for the purposes identified.
If you interact with Greenfinch via Facebook, Instagram or through any other social media platform, you will also have to read and adhere to those platforms’ own Privacy Policies and other terms and conditions.
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. These periods of time will be determined depending on the types of information we hold, the reasons we collected it and whether there are other means to achieve those purposes. All information is held securely and access is restricted to only those for whom it is strictly necessary.
We do not share personal information about you with other people or companies, except where this is necessary to run an event that you have signed up to attend, such as sharing a list of names with the venue.
